In my work as a Patient Experience Coordinator, I focus on the 'how' of healing. I’ve developed a methodology that prioritizes the human element of the clinical encounter without sacrificing efficiency. My writing explores the step-by-step processes that allow nurses and physicians to remain present with their patients. I believe that by refining our daily workflows, we can create the space necessary for the deep, reflective practice that Sir William Osler so highly valued.
